We began Designs for the World with an initial focus on humanitarian innovation. We are best known for our neonatal incubator, the Tikü®, for premature and at-risk newborns in the developing world and disaster areas. The device is safe, simple, cheap, and works anywhere in the world without electricity. During our development of the Tikü®, we were approached by inventors and interior designers seeking our help with their projects. Our team now fabricates digital prototypes and custom furnishings, in addition to our self-funded humanitarian pursuits. We have acquired many new friends during our journey. For those who wish to reach out on our behalf, WE OFFER COMMISSIONS TO PEOPLE WHO REFER US FOR PROJECTS THAT RESULT IN CONTRACTS.
